Learning with Child Rights Connect
Child Rights Connect is a non-government organisation (NGO) founded in 1983. Through its more than 80 member organisations that are based all over the world, it has a global reach that allows children’s rights defenders, including children, to speak with one global voice and connect and act at the UN level to help protect and promote children’s rights.
About this learning space
This learning space is especially for children! It responds to calls from children to learn more about human rights and how to access empowerment and protection as human rights defenders. This space is for all children, whether you are new to these topics or not!
Below we have different online learning modules for children to learn more about human rights and different topics relating to children’s rights that children have told us are important to them – for example, the environment and the digital world. The modules give tips on how children can empower themselves and their peers, and gain protection and support in their activities as child human rights defenders.
